This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, forward-thinking marketing professional to play a key role in communicating the company’s brand, services, and benefits across the healthcare industry.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver engaging, data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns aimed at both B2B and B2C audiences. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for B2C audiences (Freemium & Subscription Products)

Write compelling blog articles to establish the business as a thought leader within the healthcare sector

Create content for marketing collateral including brochures, emails, and website copy

Collaborate closely with internal teams: Customer & Locum Success, Development, and Sales

Communicate the value of the product and services clearly to target audiences both online and offline

Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice

Produce monthly activity reports for presentation at board level

Execute marketing automation strategies under the direction of the Head of Marketing

Support the organisation and delivery of company events, including logistics, promotion, and webinars

Manage CRM systems (Intercom)

Build relationships with industry bodies, partners, agencies, and third parties
Essential Criteria:

A degree in Marketing or 3+ years’ marketing experience within a fast-paced environment

Experience within a commercially focused technology environment

Proven track record of working closely with sales teams

Strong project management and organisational skills

Proficient in analysing data using spreadsheets to identify trends

Understanding of customer segmentation

Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, SEMrush)

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana or Trello

Excellent knowledge of SEO

Proficient with Google Suite products, including Google Analytics and Google Ads
Desirable Criteria:

Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Experience creating video content
-
Background in e-commerce, apps, or healthcare sectors
