Whytematter are delighted to be working exclusively with PML Group, the market leader in Out of Home advertising, to recruit a Marketing & Research Executive to join their Belfast team.

PML Group helps brands connect with audiences in the real world through impactful, data-driven outdoor advertising. As part of their friendly and innovative team, you’ll play a key role in driving marketing communications, client engagement, and research-led campaign insights.

The Role

• Deliver marketing, communications and research activity to support business growth.

• Manage research projects to generate audience insights and evaluate campaign performance.

• Create engaging presentations and content for clients, events, and digital platforms.

• Support client engagement initiatives and foster strong relationships with clients and media partners.

About You

• Degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year’s experience in marketing, research, or a related role.

• Strong written and verbal communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Analytical thinker with solid project management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CMS and social media platforms.

• Experience with Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
