Our long-term client is a well-known FMCG company that works across the island, they are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our Marketing Team as the Marketing Manager – this marketing manager will have experience drawn from FMCG, Consumer Goods or Retail. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop the brand portfolio, working with NPD and marketing agencies on a shared plan Develop price and promo strategies Monthly reporting on KPIs, customer updates and market insights TTL marketing campaigns Collaborate with sales to develop marketing plans that drive sales increases, attending sales meetings when required, creating presentations for the sales team Analysis and reporting on SKUs, market gaps and more Manage marketing budgets, maximising ROI and tracking brand performance REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing, or trade marketing role, (FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries highly preferred) Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in Marketing & Data Tools Proven experience in multi-brand management, combining creative and strategic thinking with strong communication, collaboration, data-driven decision making and exceptional attention to detail.
