Marketing Manager Engineering & Construction | Belfast | £35,000£40,000 DOE
Our client, a leading engineering and construction company based in Belfast, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of a broad and varied role within a growing international business.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0016:00 or 09:0017:00
Hybrid: Work from home every Friday
Salary: £35,000£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand visibility across global B2B markets.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen client engagement.
- Produce clear, professional content for websites, blogs, email marketing, case studies, press releases, and social media.
- Oversee website and digital platform management, ensuring all content is up to date and accurately represents the companys services and market positioning.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Develop thought leadership materials and coordinate participation in events, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
- Identify and manage partnership and sponsorship opportunities that support business growth and brand credibility.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain a library of marketing collateral, including materials for proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives where required.
- Assist with marketing budget management, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks to support departmental objectives as needed.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related business discipline.
- 35 years experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a professional or international B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with hands-on experience managing campaigns from concept to analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to suit varied audiences.
- Commercially minded, capable of translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven, taking ownership of projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
