Other key duties include:
- Updating and maintaining all Social Media Channels
- Assisting with Brand Management and updating presentations
- Assisting with Market Analysis and Reporting
- Assisting with Human Resources / Employee engagement initiatives
- Being an integral part of the Social Health and Wellbeing committee
- General clerical duties e.g.- filing, typing, photocopying
- Professionally answering and dealing with enquiries
- Assisting with internal events
- Financial administration as required e.g. Purchase Orders
- Attending and minute taking at the teams weekly / biweekly / monthly meetings
- Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and suggest marketing ideas and initiatives.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft applications along with basic experience using graphic design software packages, such as InDesign, Premier Pro, Canva
- Reception duties
