Marketing and Media Co-ordinator (Part-time or Full-time, Permanent)
Location: Duncrue Crescent, Belfast
Hours: 32-39 Hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-1.00pm)
Salary:£27,342 (pro-rata if part-time)

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented marketer to join our growing business. This role plays a key part in raising awareness of the Dreams and Sofatime brands, supporting the execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns across Ireland and managing social communities. Youll also be responsible for delivering key store communications and monitoring market trends to help keep us ahead of the curve.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, write, and coordinate creative content for multiple channels, including:
- Radio scripts
- Press advertisements
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Email newsletters and internal communications
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, campaign messaging and promotional schedules for Dreams and Sofatime.
- Tailor content for NI & ROI markets.
- Co-ordinate the production of relevant marketing assets, working alongside the Senior Graphic Designer and external agencies (as required).
Media & Supplier Co-ordination
- Co-ordinate the booking of media activity, liaising with media agencies and outlets to book ads across OOH, Radio, TV and press and deliver assets in line with deadlines.
- Act as a key point of contact for all media and supplier partners. Maintain strong professional relationships to facilitate efficient communication, resolve and escalate issues swiftly, and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Monitor and support the execution of media campaigns, tracking performance and spend where necessary.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and schedule engaging content across key platforms including email newsletters and social media aligned with brand USPs, bestselling products, cultural moments and promotions.
- Manage the day-to-day running of our digital channels, engaging with followers, and managing subscribers/audiences.
- Plan, write and schedule digital campaigns, optimising for performance and in line with target audiences.
- Track performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Store Communications
- Issue weekly commercial updates to retail teams with clear instructions and visuals for campaign launches and promotional activity.
- Act as a key point of contact for in-store marketing support.
Campaign Analytics and Evaluation
- Support the planning, tracking, and post-campaign analysis of marketing activity. Report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for both digital and traditional channels.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaign performance.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market positioning, promotional activity, and creative trends.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behaviour to support campaign planning and content direction.
The Person
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- A strong balance of creative flair and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms and using tools such as Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Confidence in handling campaign data and drawing insights from performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Powerpoint)
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design or editing tools is a plus.
- Experience filming and editing content on a mobile phone / editing app.
- A passion for interiors, design, or the furniture industry.
