Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Market Analyst to support strategic decision-making across client acquisition, service expansion, and competitive positioning. This role will be pivotal in identifying growth opportunities, mapping market segments, and guiding client targeting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping exercises to identify core and target client segments
- Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and regional demand patterns
- Develop client segmentation models based on strategic value and revenue potential
- Leverage diverse information sources to assess hiring strategies, identify new opportunities and drive workforce optimisation
- Produce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across client portfolios
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative market research, gathering, and analysing data to deliver valuable insights
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or strategy
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, LinkedIn, or similar analytics tools
- Excellent data interpretation and storytelling skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Strong communication and presentation abilities using PowerPoint to tell the story
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruitment sectors
- Familiarity with CRM and client scoring models
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
