Energis Recruitment is currently recruiting a hands-on Manufacturing Production Assistant on behalf of our client based in County Antrim. About the Role:

Due to continued business growth, our client is expanding their production team. The Production Assistant will support the Production Manager with day-to-day operations and play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

We welcome applications from both entry-level candidates keen to learn, as well as experienced professionals looking to further their career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager in daily tasks such as inventory management, transport logistics, and quality control
• Assist with procurement activities: sourcing prices, checking costs, and stock control
• Perform quality checks and maintain quality standards
• Complete small cutting jobs and assemble fixings
• Maintain machinery safety check sheets
• Control timesheet documentation
• Conduct audits of job folders in line with ISO standards

Criteria:

• Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths
• Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits:

• £26,000 £28,000, depending on experience
