Roles & Responsibilities… Working across the firm’s diverse & local client portfolio, you will be involved across the following aspects: Preparing tax due diligence reports in regards to M&A/funding projects. Provision of tax advice across M&A and corporate restructuring projects. Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities. The Ideal Candidate… To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria: ACA or CTA qualified. Ideally you will hold a minimum of 1 year PQE. Proven ability to effectively organise & prioritise. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
