Management Accountant – North Belfast – £42000 – £45000 per annum

Your new roleAs a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to:

• Prepare monthly and year-end management accounts.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage the stock and fixed assets
• Help delegate and coordinate diverse

What you’ll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you should have:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or have a wide range of relevant and practice experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting function.
• A strong grasp of finance principles and practices, including project analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience with financial software, outstanding Excel skills, and IT proficiency.
• Experience of liaising with external auditors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to delegate, train, and mentor staff.
• Key attributes such as strong analytical, innovative, and decision-making abilities, business acumen, commercial awareness, problem-solving expertise, and the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
