Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Location: Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon

Rate of Pay: £12.77 per hour

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week – Varying Shift patterns from 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm and 1pm-9pm

Job Duties

• To ensure the site and grounds are maintained to a high standard as directed by our client
• Operate a tractor
• Gritting of the grounds on-site
• Maintaining grass areas in and around the site
• Litter picking of the grounds when required
• Operating ride-on scrubber dryer within the centre
• Any other duties as required

Hours of Work

Monday to Sunday on a rota basis

Essential Criteria

Full Driving License

Desirable Criteria

Previous experience in a similar role

Full on site training will be provided
