Maintenance Manager job in the Dungannon area. They are a multi-site organisation which have grown a plant, team and product range as they increase their market share. The company continues to plan such investment and requires a Maintenance Manager as part of their development plans who can organise improvement projects and create a more preventative-focused maintenance service for production.
Your new role
Leading a team of six engineers and a maintenance coordinator, you will manage the planning of improvements and projects, direct the team to best use resources, report on department success and needs and plan how engineering can support other departments and growth plans. This is an 80% management and 20% support in the tools’ maintenance manager role.
