Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance during night shift operations
- Uphold and promote a strong health & safety culture
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal safety standards
- Manage engineering spares and consumables effectively
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain consistent quality and customer standards
Criteria
- Ideally 3 years experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Apprenticeship trained with solid preventative maintenance skills
- Experience using online maintenance systems
- Comfortable working with external service providers
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced setting
