The post holder will be responsible in collaborating TAS logistics and internal/external suppliers to promote effective goods movement and storage, maintain compliant records and assure archive records to support TAS regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collection and filing of Proof of delivery
- Collation, filing and archiving of Logistics paperwork
- Daily validation and update of Import Log
- Weekly Stock reconciliation
- Logistics consumable management
- Freight invoice tally and PO closure/resolution
- Monthly MSS report tally

Requirements
Essential
- 1 year’s previous experience providing administration support in logistics
- Previous experience in the preparation and completion of import/export documentation and an understanding of trade procedures
- Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
- Proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
