This firm is known for its high-quality legal work, collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with solid plaintiff litigation experience to work on a broad range of cases, including personal injury, medical negligence, and other civil litigation matters. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while contributing to the firm’s continued success and reputation for excellence in client service.
This role would suit a capable and ambitious solicitor looking to take the next step in their career – particularly someone with aspirations toward Partnership in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of plaintiff litigation matters
- Advising clients on claims involving personal injury, clinical/medical negligence, and related disputes
- Drafting pleadings, legal correspondence, and settlement negotiations
- Attending court hearings, case management discussions, and client meetings
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and mentoring junior team members when appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of client care and legal compliance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
- Strong background in plaintiff litigation, particularly personal injury and medical negligence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
- Commercially aware with a strong team ethos
- Ambitious and forward-thinking – interest in long-term career progression and potential partnership is highly desirable
