We’re a fast-growing lighting solutions provider trusted by electrical wholesalers, contractors, and specifiers. Now, we’re looking for a Lighting Projects Coordinator to take the lead in shaping high-quality, technically sound proposals that help us win more work — and help our clients shine.
What You’ll Do:
As our Lighting Projects Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin between sales, design, and suppliers. You’ll manage the full technical process:
- Translate project briefs into accurate lighting specs
- Coordinate lighting designs (Dialux/Relux)
- Ensure emergency lighting compliance (IS 3217 / BS 5266)
- Source products and negotiate lead times with suppliers
- Prepare professional quote packs that win trust and business
- Keep projects organised and on-track with clear version control
- Support sales by freeing them to focus on client success

Requirements
You’ll Excel If You Have:
- Experience in lighting, electrical wholesale, or construction estimating
- Working knowledge of commercial & emergency lighting standards
- Strong skills in organisation, communication, and technical coordination
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF tools
- Bonus: Experience with lighting design software, technical drawings, and quote/tender preparation
