Expert are working in partnership with their Garvagh based client to recruit a Licence Administrator This is a Permanent role and offers an excellent opportunity to work with a local Company who are prominent within the Civil Engineering sector in NI & ROI.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out T5 Process Taking the crews photos and creating an evidence pack to demonstrate work completed. Evidence pack to include Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet accompanied with Photos.
- Updating internal systems and validating calendars for civils teams.
- Support timekeeping and meeting of deadlines in target-driven environments.
- Ensuring all work is accurate, on time, and compliant to Purple Book Standards.
- General day to day admin tasks to assist the licensing department.
What youll bring
- Telecoms or utilities background (ideal but not essential)
- Experience in admin type roles
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Experience & working knowledge of ARC-Gis. (ideal but not essential training provided).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
A background in Construction is desirable but not essential
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
