Contextual Information
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of client sites including healthcare, education, and commercial buildings.
As a Legionella Compliance Technician, youll carry out vital inspections, temperature checks, asset cleans, and sample collections in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines all recorded via CompliApp, our cutting-edge digital reporting tool.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out temperature checks on outlets, calorifiers, and storage tanks
-
Inspect, clean, and maintain water system assets (e.g. showers, TMVs, tanks)

Perform flushing, sampling, and basic remedial tasks

Record all work accurately on CompliApp

Liaise professionally with clients and tenants while on-site
-
Ensure all work is done safely and in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and internal procedures

Adhere to RAMS and report any hazards, defects, or issues promptly
