Contextual Information

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of client sites including healthcare, education, and commercial buildings.

As a Legionella Compliance Technician, youll carry out vital inspections, temperature checks, asset cleans, and sample collections in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines all recorded via CompliApp, our cutting-edge digital reporting tool.

Every site is different, and no two days are the same perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mobile role with real-world impact.

• Detail-Oriented Accuracy matters when testing water systems and recording data

• Eager to Learn Full training provided, so a great attitude is more important than experience

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out temperature checks on outlets, calorifiers, and storage tanks

• Inspect, clean, and maintain water system assets (e.g. showers, TMVs, tanks)

• Perform flushing, sampling, and basic remedial tasks

• Record all work accurately on CompliApp

• Liaise professionally with clients and tenants while on-site

• Ensure all work is done safely and in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and internal procedures

• Adhere to RAMS and report any hazards, defects, or issues promptly
