Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing emails, and maintaining accurate filing systems Organise and manage a busy appointments diary Ensure all case files are well-structured, up to date, and easily accessible Deliver excellent client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and agents Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within conveyancing, family law, and litigation Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in typing, including experience with digital dictation
