TITLE: LEGAL SECRETARY
JOB DUTIES;
- Greeting Clients and arranging appointments.
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages to necessary departments.
- Production of letters and Legal Documents using digital dictation with use of Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook..
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail enquiries, sending correspondence by Fax and E-mail.
- Photocopying and printing various documents.
- Filing, updating and maintaining filing systems and databases.
- Any other duties as may be required by the Employer.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent level of English
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Have good time keeping skills
- Previous experience in Conveyancing and Probate Preferred but not necessary.
HOURS
(36.25 per week)
MONDAY FRIDAY 9.15 A.M. TO 5.30 P.M. WITH A BREAK OF 60 MINUTES FOR LUNCH
TYPEWRITING /WORDPROCESSING IS ESSENTIAL
AND KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
