This role is particularly well-suited to Medical Secretaries or Medical PAs with strong audio typing and dictation experience who are considering a career move into the legal sector. You will be joining a busy, professional environment where accuracy and attention to detail are highly valued.

The Role:
- Transcribe digital dictation and produce accurate legal documentation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, and case notes
- Manage legal files, update case management systems, and ensure deadlines are met
- Support solicitors with administrative and secretarial tasks
- Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and external contacts
The Person:
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary, Audio Typist, Medical Secretary, or Medical PA role
- Fast, accurate typing skills with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy office environment
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused
