Acting as the main liaison for clients, you will leverage your operational expertise and relationship-building skills to deliver smooth, effective, and forward-thinking FM solutions.

The Role

• Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of FM services, including planned and reactive maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive problem-solving
• Mix of working from the office, site visits, and working from home

• Account Management background or technical background looking to move into Account Management
• Local to Belfast
