SGS is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support analytical testing at our Belfast laboratory. Key Responsibilities: Perform analysis on samples using established test procedures, ensuring results meet client and internal quality standards. Record and manage results in LIMS (e.g., CCLAS). Conduct SQC and Round Robin tests, investigating and acting on any non-conformances. Collaborate with inspection teams to meet turnaround times and maintain customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement and training initiatives within the lab. Qualifications Prior lab experience in a high-standards testing environment. Strong organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with LIMS systems (desirable) and standard laboratory procedures. Minimum GCSEs (A-C) in Science, Maths, and English (or equivalent). A full driving licence is essential.
