?? Shifts: 40 hours/week | 5 shifts out of 6
?? Dayshift: Sunday-Friday | Nightshift: Saturday-Thursday
?? Pay: £12.21/hr (Days) | £12.71/hr (Nights), with increase after training

A leading local employer is seeking a Labelling Operative to support the daily packing process – ensuring products are packed, labelled, and prepared to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
?? Your Role Will Involve:

Accurately labelling crates and packaging in line with customer requirements

Checking product quality and reporting any defects or issues

Supporting a smooth packing process by minimising waste and working with NPD/QA teams

Carrying out label changeovers and line clearance to required standards

Maintaining hygiene and food safety practices at all times

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
? What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a production or food manufacturing role

Good English literacy for reading orders and label codes

Knowledge of food safety standards and packaging practices

A team player with strong attention to detail

Ability to follow processes and make quick decisions on quality control
