?? Key Operative – Hatchery Operations
Shift Pattern: Friday to Tuesday 12:00noon – 8:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Key Operative to support the smooth running of our Hatchery. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, offering variety across key areas including supervision, egg handling, chick despatch, and quality control.
What you’ll do:
- Step up as Supervisor when needed to ensure operational efficiency
- Organise production lines and support team performance
- Monitor egg and chick quality, hygiene, and chemical usage
- Record and report key data across hatchery processes
- Liaise with management and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Support despatch, vaccine administration, and quality checks

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
- Flexible and willing to work across different hatchery areas
