Role: Key Account Manager

The Role:
- Develop and implement customer account plans aligned with business growth strategy
- Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key partners
- Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and internal business objectives
- Drive sales and margin performance through strong commercial insight
- Lead short, medium, and long-term forecasting and planning
- Manage product cycles and limited editions efficiently
- Present category insights and contribute to tender opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on orders, production, NPD, quality, and logistics
- Maintain CRM database and build effective business relationships at all levels
- Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
The Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in a business-related discipline
- 2–5 years’ experience in key account management within FMCG (chilled food experience preferred)
- Proven sales record with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- High energy, results-driven, and solutions-focused
- Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
- Experience in proposal preparation and collaborative customer engagement
