Looking to break into the world of transport planning? Whether you’ve got 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or you’re transitioning from a warehouse or driving role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading logistics operation on their Irish Desk.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced and supportive team responsible for planning up to 100 daily collections, managing key customer accounts, and assisting with admin tasks. This role offers a structured Monday to Friday shift plus one weekend in every 5 – with additional incentives in place.
The Role
- Plan and allocate local driver routes for collections across Ireland
- Handle email traffic, job bookings, and customer queries (Amazon, DHL, etc.)
- Support admin tasks such as shipping documents and order processing
- Learn from experienced planners and develop your logistics skill set
What You’ll Need
- 1-2 years’ experience in a transport or warehouse environment (planning desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good IT literacy and confidence working with internal systems
