What to Expect

Our unique tasting menu changes every six weeks – meaning fresh ideas, new techniques, and constant development. You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, helping to lead the kitchen team and deliver top-quality dishes with precision and passion.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid kitchen experience at CDP or Junior Sous level

• Great knowledge of food, prep techniques, and kitchen operations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude, ready to support and inspire others

• Calm under pressure and always pushing for high standards
