Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Fit-Out business on the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside three other QS and will report directly to the Commercial Manager supporting a wide array of projects across GB and Ireland. Our client are looking for individuals ideally with joinery/woodwork experience, however, those coming from different areas of construction will still be considered.

In your new role:
- Responsible for setting up project budgets and allowances
- Manage valuations and agreement of variations
- Prepare Cost Value Reconciliations and projected profitability reports
- Identification of labour, material requirements, sourcing and obtaining quotations where applicable
- Liaise closely with the purchasing department to ensure alignment on projected budgets
- Prepare and agree final accounts effectively after works completion
What you will need to succeed:
- 3 years’ recent experience as a QS
- BSc Quantity Surveying or related construction qualification
- Experience in woodwork/joinery is advantageous
