We are working with a leading NI contractor to recruit for their new Junior Quantity Surveyor, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Working within a supportive commercial team you will;
- Assist in preparation and submission of project interim valuations/assessments, variations / compensation events, interim costs reports etc
- Assist in re-measure of BoQ items and subcontractors
- Assist in issue of subcontract payment notifications
- Assist in preparation and submission of Final Account to Employers Representative.
- Accompany the QS to attend regular progress / commercial meetings with Client and Design Team
- Assist in the preparation and updating cash flow/expenditure / budget profiles.
What we are looking for
- Degree educated or HLA in related discipline
- Placement, intern or post graduate experience
- Full UK driving license
