Job Duties:
* Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote Copius services
* Research and map key decision-makers in the construction and civil engineering space
* Support the senior BD Executive in creating proposals and coordinating outreach campaigns
* Help maintain and grow client relationships with consistent follow-up and communication
* Monitor industry trends and market movements to identify new leads
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills—especially over the phone!
* A proactive, positive mindset and willingness to learn
* Interest in the construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors
* Confidence using Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus
* Degree not essential—we’re more interested in your drive and potential
