Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of defendant insurance matters, including personal injury claims, property damage, and professional indemnity.

• Advise and represent clients, including insurers, corporate clients, and individuals, on complex disputes and claims.

• Manage case files from inception to resolution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide strategic advice on risk management, claims handling, and litigation strategies.

• Work closely with senior members of the team to develop case strategies and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

• Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to maintain and grow existing client relationships.

About You:

• 2-5 years PQE in insurance law or defendant litigation, with a focus on handling complex claims.

• Strong technical expertise in personal injury, professional indemnity, and general liability claims.

• Experience working with insurers and handling high-value disputes.

• A practical, solution-oriented approach to resolving client issues, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and supporting the professional development of junior lawyers.
