We’re working with a growing insurance group looking to appoint a Director to lead operations across Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in general insurance who combines strong people management with commercial acumen.
You’ll take ownership of the branch’s performance, guiding the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving revenue growth through retention, cross-sales, and new client wins. You’ll also help shape and implement the wider regional strategy, while keeping a sharp eye on risk and compliance.
As the senior local figure, you’ll inspire and support the team to deliver great client outcomes and meet key financial goals. You’ll also play a hands-on role in managing insurer relationships and identifying ways to improve internal processes and service delivery.
Your background:

Proven experience in a senior insurance role delivering results through people.

Track record of hitting revenue targets and improving performance.

Skilled at leading people and building a positive team culture.

Comfortable managing a P&L and interpreting financial performance.
