Hey! We’re Kukoon, and we are recruiting for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join the team.
Overview
We are looking for a commercially-driven and creatively-minded Influencer Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of Kukoon’s ambassador, influencer, and affiliate strategy. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will sit at the intersection of Content, Social, and Performance Marketing, owning the full funnel from recruitment to ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a data-led influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, recruit, and manage a diverse roster of brand-aligned micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
- Own outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefs, and campaign coordination.
- Plan and execute influencer-led product launches, campaigns, and giveaways.
- Measure performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and iterate for scale.
Affiliate Program Management
- Own Kukoon’s affiliate program end-to-end.
- Build relationships with top affiliates, networks, and performance partners.
- Work with tech (e.g. Awin, ShopLTK, Supermetrics) to onboard and track affiliate performance.
- Optimize commissions, creative assets, and landing pages for partner success.
- Report weekly/monthly on sales, CPA, ROI, and channel attribution.
Partnership Growth & Collaboration
- Act as a brand evangelist to secure mutually beneficial partnerships across content creators, lifestyle media, blogs, review sites, and communities.
- Coordinate with the content, paid media, and email teams to amplify partner content and user-generated content (UGC).
- Collaborate with the ecommerce and trading teams to align influencer/affiliate activations with product pushes and seasonal trading calendars.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 3+ years’ experience in Influencer or Affiliate Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced direct-to-customer or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of social platform trends, creator economics, and performance tracking.
- Commercial mindset with a relentless focus on ROI and revenue-driving partnerships.
- Experience with influencer platforms (e.g. GRIN, Upfluence) and affiliate networks/tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and own a function end-to-end.
Nice-to-Haves
- Existing relationships with UK and EU-based creators or affiliate partners in the home/lifestyle/fashion space.
- Experience running TikTok creator campaigns or seeding programs.
- Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, and affiliate attribution tools.
