Our Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Belfast operations team. In this role, you’ll lead all internal hiring across the company, helping us attract and hire talented recruiters and operations professionals, and scale our business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process – from advertising and sourcing to interviews and offers.
- Use social media, job boards, and proactive headhunting to find top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future candidates.
- Keep accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports for senior management.
- Support the continued growth of our Belfast office and international teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced recruitment professional (with either internal or agency background).
- Confident communicator with strong people skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Goal-driven and proactive in building talent pipelines.
- Willing to travel occasionally to our international offices (up to 3 times per year).

- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience).
