You’ll be joining an established and well-respected financial planning firm based in Northern Ireland, with offices in Belfast and Ballymena. The team specialises in retirement planning, cashflow forecasting, investments, protection, and estate planning.

The Role

As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting advisers and ensuring a seamless client experience. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Processing new business via application forms and online systems.
  • Chasing outstanding LOAs and TOAs to progress cases.
  • Liaising with policy providers to gather data and research.
  • Preparing suitability reports and client review reports.
  • Placing new plans on risk and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting client meetings through preparation of documentation and folders.
  • Managing files, scanning, and maintaining a tidy and safe office environment.
  • Ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and data protection procedures are always followed.

You’ll also provide general administrative support across the team, working flexibly between both offices.
