About the Role

Staffline Recruitment is seeking a Hygiene Manager for a leading food manufacturer in Moy. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee hygiene standards across the facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role includes developing protocols, leading audits, training staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor hygiene policies and procedures
  • Lead regular audits and inspections
  • Train staff on PPE use and sanitation practices
  • Manage hygiene stock and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to issues promptly

Essential Criteria

  • Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor in the food sector
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Desirable

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hygiene management or supervisory role
