Job Summary:
The Human Resources Associate will support the day-to-day operations of our People function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to contribute to a value-driven organisation and grow their experience across a wide range of HR activities.
As a Human Resources Associate, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the HR team and wider organisation, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with onboarding, record-keeping, and employee queries, playing a key role in supporting our commitment to being a fair, inclusive, and supportive place to work
Key Accountabilities:
- To work collectively with the HR team to ensure support across all jurisdictions, whilst having the ability to work on their own initiative and ensure that the HR function is viewed as a trusted partner within the organisation. Advise and support Line Management in line with organisational policies and procedures
- To communicate effectively and efficiently with Line Management and employees on general queries and resolving key transactional issues or operational issues with the support of the HR Business Partners
- Attend formal/informal meetings as required by way of educating managers and encouraging self-development
- Support the management of staff files in line with GDPR regulations. Ensuring accuracy of data entry, managing HR information and supporting with report production and data analysis
- To support line management with the monitoring and management of company processes and procedures including attendance management
*This role is 6 months fixed term, with possibility of extension, with Hybrid and Flexible working options – can be discussed at interview*

Essential and Desirable Criteria:
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Math’s
- 2 years experience in administration
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate thinking clearly to others
- Analytical and methodical in dealing with work and ability to effectively manage workload in a structured and efficient way
- Customer Service
- Strong administrative background
