Job ref: S/44/25 Job type: Apprentice Location: Cloonavin Salary: Scale 2 (SCP 6) £25,183 per annum Quantity of Posts Available: One Closing date: Monday 30 Jun 2025 16:00 Job summary To undertake the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice and Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management qualifications, participating in day release formal training to achieve the successful completion of the qualification. To work as part of the OD/HR team to develop skills, knowledge and experience in the areas of Organisational Development and Human Resources. To contribute to the effective operation of the OD/HR Department through the provision of a professional and confidential administrative support service. To ensure all administration procedures are followed in accordance with Council policies, procedures and all legislative requirements. To produce correspondence and reports as required to support the application of the Council’s policies and procedures. To work across the OD/HR team as and when required. Ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all areas relating to the work of the Council.
