As Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving a positive safety culture across multiple projects and sites. Working alongside the HSQE and site teams, you will:
- Carry out risk assessments and develop safe systems of work.
- Advise on risk reduction measures and ensure full compliance with legislation.
- Lead site inspections, inductions and fire drills while promoting best practice.
- Manage incident reporting and investigations, producing clear reports for management.
- Keep up to date with evolving H&S legislation, ensuring the business is always ahead of the curve.
- Procure and monitor PPE and ensure all personnel are correctly certified for site access.
- Liaise with external authorities and represent the business at H&S meetings.
