Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Projects Business Partner to support the Head of HR, internal project teams and wider-HR function with people focused projects on 12-month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible. This role can be based in either Belfast or London.

The role will play a key role in supporting the delivery of these projects and maximising colleague adoption. The role will focus on supporting the people side of the projects, and will involve preparing, supporting and equipping key stakeholders and colleagues to embrace deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Support with the development of comprehensive project management strategies to support goals and empower leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues to adapt to change and transformation.

Collaborate with business leadership, stakeholders, employees, and third parties to assess the impact of proposed changes on people, culture, and operations.

Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles to project implementation, determining strategies to address them.

Assist with the development of communication plans that effectively convey the purpose, scope, and benefits of the projects to leadership, stakeholders, and employees at all levels.

Actively engaging with leadership, stakeholders, and employees to understand their concerns and needs, fostering a supportive environment and mitigating resistance.

Provide tools, guidance, and mentorship to leadership and people managers, underpinning their ability to lead teams through project stages confidently and competently.

Play an active role in creating roadmaps, activities, and collateral to ensure business, stakeholders, and employee readiness.

Continuously monitoring the impact of project deliverables on employees and adjusting to minimise disruptions.

Influence and foster a culture of adaptability, simplification, and collaboration within the firm by promoting open communication and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

A track record of successfully leading and supporting leadership, stakeholders, and employees through periods of business and people projects.

Proven project management skills and proficiency in project management tools/software.

Excellent communication and people skills, capable of engaging and influencing collaborators across the firm.

Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.

High-level attention to detail, with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines across multiple programmes or business functions.
