HR OFFICER MULTI-SITE MANUFACTURING

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for the next step in your career? I am delighted to be supporting Northern Irelands leading door & window manufacturer in recruiting a HR Officer to deliver the full HR lifecycle across a growing, multi-site business.

The Role
As HR Officer, you will:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and HR admin;
- Provide advice to managers on policies, absence, performance and ER matters;
- Ensure compliance with NI employment law and best practice;
- Support disciplinaries, grievances and investigations with robust documentation;
- Maintain training records, reviews and HR systems/data reporting;
- Act as first point of HR contact across multiple sites, building trust and credibility;
- Work closely with the external HR Consultant (strategic) and Directors to deliver a robust, compliant HR service.
The Person
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable;
- Broad HR generalist experience from recruitment through to exit;
- Sound knowledge of NI employment law and HR compliance;
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Organised, proactive and confident in balancing multiple priorities.
