Job Summary

Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a proactive HR Officer to join our client’s busy team. This is a permanent post that is on site daily.

What Youll Do

  • Help with job ads, shortlisting, interviews, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding new staff.

  • Support staff and managers on HR policies and workplace issues.

  • Assist with reviews and development plans.

  • Work on initiatives like employee engagement, diversity, and improving HR systems.

  • Keep records accurate and create reports to help decision-making.

  • Responsible for recruitment and employee relations, with the opportunity to contribute to and help shape all key HR functions

What Youll Need

  • Around 3 years HR experience.

  • HR degree or similar preferred.

  • Good knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

  • CIPD qualified or working towards is a plus.
