Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a proactive HR Officer to join our client’s busy team. This is a permanent post that is on site daily.
What Youll Do

Help with job ads, shortlisting, interviews, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding new staff.

Support staff and managers on HR policies and workplace issues.

Assist with reviews and development plans.

Work on initiatives like employee engagement, diversity, and improving HR systems.

Keep records accurate and create reports to help decision-making.

Responsible for recruitment and employee relations, with the opportunity to contribute to and help shape all key HR functions
What Youll Need

Around 3 years HR experience.

HR degree or similar preferred.

Good knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
-
CIPD qualified or working towards is a plus.
