VANRATH is pleased to partner with a returning client in Dungannon to appoint an HR Officer. You will support the HR team with recruitment, employee relations, absence and performance management, and engagement activities, ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate records across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from creating job specifications to attracting, selecting, and onboarding candidates, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HR processes such as employee relations, performance management, absence management, and offboarding.
  • Contribute to training, development, and engagement initiatives, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, providing advice and guidance on HR matters.
  • Represent the organisation externally at careers events and support employer branding and talent attraction activities.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role within HR
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Full driving license with ability to travel to other sites
