Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations. You will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management procedures and probation review processes
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters
  • Assist in organising training and development initiatives
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information to the accounts
  • department
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing)
  • Proven experience in an HR support role is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Working Hours:

  • 24 hours per week – flexible between Monday-Friday
