We are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations. You will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management procedures and probation review processes
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters
- Assist in organising training and development initiatives
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information to the accounts
- department
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing)
- Proven experience in an HR support role is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Working Hours:
- 24 hours per week – flexible between Monday-Friday
