The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional ready to take the next step. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to shape and improve the company’s people strategy. This is more than admin – it’s a real chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees

• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Support projects related to learning & development, engagement, and performance management

• Assist in building a strong, positive company culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR environment

• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law

• Proactive and organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels

• Someone with initiative and a genuine desire to shape how HR is done
