Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Officer to join their HR team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Location: Carrickfergus
In this role, youll support a broad range of HR functions across the organisation, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff well-being initiatives. Youll act as a key point of contact for employees
and line managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with current legislation.
What Youll Need:
- A relevant third-level qualification and/or CIPD qualification
- 3 years experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
