In this role, youll work across departments to deliver high-quality HR servicesfrom recruitment and employee relations to HR systems and wellbeing initiatives. Youll be trusted with sensitive information, empowered to support staff and management, and encouraged to contribute to exciting HR projects that make a real impact.
What our client is looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a generalist HR role
- Relevant 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD Qualification
- A people-first mindset with great communication and coaching skills
- Confident handling employee relations and up-to-date on employment legislation
- Strong IT skills and a love for detail, organisation, and teamwork
