Job Duties

  • Represent the HR aspect of the business on various cross functional teams and support all administration areas including Performance Management.
  • Implement HR strategies and procedures.
  • Oversee the management of HR team.
  • Facilitate coaching and development for managers to improve staff management skills
  • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries from employees & management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support to management when dealing with disciplinaries & grievances.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues
  • Manage all aspects of site recruitment and staff pay and benefits
  • Support training and development initiatives for site staff and the HR team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality regulations

Essential Criteria for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years HR management experience
  • Have attained CIPD level 5 qualification
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work at pace to complete tasks effectively
