Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, values-driven organisation? We’re on the lookout for an Interim HR Manager to join our passionate team for a 12-month contract, stepping in while our Head of HR works on a separate business critical project.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead our HR operations with confidence and compassion, ensuring our people feel supported, valued, and inspired. You’ll manage a talented HR team and be the go-to expert for all things HR, including:
- Employee relations and performance management
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR policy and compliance
- Payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and wellbeing
- Strategic planning and budgeting
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in a senior HR role (HR Manager or Senior HRBP)
- CIPD qualified
- Strong knowledge of NI employment law
- Proven leadership and change management experience
- Emotional intelligence and a people-first mindset
